Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Flights Board ("Flights Board", "we", "us"), operated as a sole trader in Western Australia, Australia. They cover your use of flights-board.com and the Flights Board service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What Flights Board is
Flights Board is an unofficial flight arrivals board for rideshare and taxi drivers working at Perth Airport. It shows arrival times, statuses, terminals, and domestic/international information collected from publicly available airport flight data, along with tools to help you decide when to head to the airport.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Perth Airport, any airline, Uber, DiDi, or any taxi network. All airline and airport names are used only to identify flights.
2. Information accuracy
Flight data is collected from third-party sources and refreshed periodically. It may be delayed, incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Statuses, times, and terminal information can change without notice.
- Always confirm times against the official Perth Airport flight board at perthairport.com.au before acting on them.
- Flights Board is a convenience tool for planning your own work. It is not an operational, dispatch, or safety-critical system.
- Timing guidance (for example, typical passenger exit times after landing) is a general estimate based on driver experience, not a promise about any flight.
You are solely responsible for your driving decisions, your compliance with airport rules and rideshare or taxi platform terms, and your compliance with all road and transport laws.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We sign you in using one-time codes sent to your email, so you must keep access to that email address secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Tell us promptly at support@flights-board.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full board access. No payment details are required to start the trial. When the trial ends, the board is locked until you start a subscription.
5. Subscription and payment
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, through Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms.
- Prices include GST where applicable.
- If you subscribe during your trial, billing begins when the trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep board access until then.
- If a payment fails, we may keep your access active for a short period while Stripe retries the payment. If payment is not completed, board access will be locked.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice by email before the change applies to your next renewal.
Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 9).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download, republish, resell, or redistribute flight data or any other part of the service;
- access the service by automated means, or share your access with other drivers or businesses;
- attempt to bypass trial limits, payment requirements, rate limits, or authentication;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service; or
- use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms us or other users.
We may suspend or terminate your account for a material or repeated breach of these terms. Where reasonable and practical we will tell you first.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data collection may pause, third-party sources may change, and we may need downtime for maintenance. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it stops.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Flights Board software, design, and content, excluding third-party flight data and airline or airport names. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own driving work while your account is active. All other rights are reserved.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
10. Liability
Subject to clause 9 and to the extent permitted by law:
- the service is provided "as is" and we make no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data;
- we are not liable for lost income, missed pickups, wasted travel or fuel, queue position, platform penalties, indirect or consequential loss, however caused; and
- our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of resupplying the service or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. To delete your account, email support@flights-board.com. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or if we cease operating the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
